I live in 5590 Nottingham Apt 107. I'm the guy who spends a lot of time at the Club House. I just thought I'd write to say ... that Nicole is doing a great job. She has this balance between kind and understanding but also paying attention to what's going on And who's coming and leaving. This place has become much better when she joined it. We are very happy to be living in such a quiet, clean and wonderful community. We move here in August 2018 and my family ... loves it. Quite consistently, the Maintenance Team lead by Mark Siegrist has been quick to respond and act on maintenance requests. ... Most recently, we requested the walkway leading to the front doors of our building be quickly cleared of several feet of ice that made it all but impossible to navigate. Admittedly, the team had come by to clear the walkway from the snow the day prior but residual water was left unattended as almost always occurs due to the unlevel surface. But contacting Maintenance via email and a formal Maintenance Request saw them rectifying the situation quickly ...so much so that our walkway looked as if it had never snowed at all.
