I want to start off by saying the staff here are amazing! Nicole your amazing and thank you for always helping me with whatever I need. The Maintenance team are always on point they are so helpful and very quick with all my maintenance issues. I love this neighborhood and it’s been a very pleasant stay.

So far so good. No regrets. I do feel like I will be truly happy here. Special commendation to the warm and friendly staff especially Nicole who has been so accommodating and professional. I love the ambiance. Kudos to the management team.

It has been a wonderful experience to work with Nicole B in submitting the application to Fairlane Wood Apartments. Been here for 3 weeks now and I must say it's the best decision I've made! It's very peaceful and quiet and the scenery is beautiful. I'd like to give a special Thanks to Nicole for helping me so quickly and making this a smooth process.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole while getting settled into my new apartment. She made the process easy and it was such a delight working with her. She helped me with everything from start to finish and was able to accommodate my needs. Nicole has been a great help and still is and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I lived here for 2 years and had a very great experience here. The property is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The staff and customer service are excellent. I felt that I was getting a great value for the price that I was paying. I will miss living at this apartment complex.

We are very happy to be living in such a quiet, clean and wonderful community. We move here in August 2018 and my family loves it. The entire staff is great and very helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Hiba Mouhanna has been a great help to us by attending to our request and issue and resolve them immediately, thanks Hiba. I would like to give a thumb up to the maintenance team for keeping the property in great condition and for responding to our needs immediately. Keep up the good job guys.

We loved staying at Fairlane woods for 2 years. Close to nature and very beautiful. Good maintenance service by the team. We will miss being there....

The service man was prompt,professional and very nice. completed job in timely manner very satisfied.

Quite consistently, the Maintenance Team lead by Mark Siegrist has been quick to respond and act on maintenance requests. Most recently, we requested the walkway leading to the front doors of our building be quickly cleared of several feet of ice that made it all but impossible to navigate. Admittedly, the team had come by to clear the walkway from the snow the day prior but residual water was left unattended as almost always occurs due to the unlevel surface. But contacting Maintenance via email and a formal Maintenance Request saw them rectifying the situation quickly ...so much so that our walkway looked as if it had never snowed at all. Thank you to Mark and his team for the quality and speed of their work.
